Taking Notes

Workshops

At EducatHer it is in our DNA to educate women around the world. We plan to do so through our workshops. Each workshop will focus on an area that women can benefit from. Goal setting, professional development, salary negotiation, and college readiness are some of the workshops we offer. We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers our community of women and delivers the support needed at the time of need.

Mentoring

Through our mentoring programs, we see the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. Mentors from a wide variety of professions (business, education, fashion, technology, etc.) will be available to partner with mentees. Our goal is to place each mentee with someone in their field so they can gain as much knowledge as possible. Mentors and mentees will meet virtually or in person for one hour a month. Each year we mentor 12-15 college women in the state of Tennessee. To give you a glimpse into the successes of the EducatHer college mentoring program, 10 of the 14 mentees had over a 3.0 GPA; several made the Dean’s List in the fall semester; one mentee received the MTSU MTEngage scholarship; and several students already have internships slated for the summer. Our program is helping make a difference for these young women, and that is because of your support! Get in touch with us today and see how you can lend a helping hand with this program.
